Geological Summary
The property is underlain by clastic sediments of the Broadview Formation. The northeast and southwest parts of the property are underlain by basal grits and siltstones. The central part is underlain by variably carbonaceous pelites and impure carbonates. Mineralized quartz veins are generally associated with the carbonaceous pelites in the central part of the property at several locations. Veins are up to 1.5 metres thick. Mineralization seems to be in ore shoots with galena-sphalerite centres and pyritic margins.
