Geological Summary
The northeast part of the property is underlain by andesitic volcanics of the Cambrian-Devonian Index Formation. The southwest part of the property is underlain by basal grits and siltstones of the Broadview Formation. The Comstock workings located near the centre of the property explore several quartz veins up to 1.5 metres wide that are mineralized with argentiferous galena and minor sphalerite. Mineralization occurs as disseminations of sulphide crystals in milky and smoky quartz.
