Geological Summary |
Weak to moderate gold soil geochemical anomalies were defined in the northwestern part of the claim. These anomalies occur to a strong magnetic anomaly thought to represent syenite intruded into Upper Triassic Takla Group volcanics. Syenite is probably coeval with the volcanics. Moderate to intense skarn metasomatism has occurred. Magnetite and minor chalcopyrite and pyrite is associated with the skarn.
