Geological Summary

The Plat property is underlain by Permian-Pennsylvanian rocks of the Cache Creek Group consisting mainly of radiolarian chert and volcaniclastics and an altered andesite dyke of uncertain age. Serpentinization occurs in ultramafic float rocks. Visible chromite was also seen.
