| Geological Summary |
The claims are underlain by north-northwest striking, steeply east-dipping pyroclastic and volcaniclastic rocks of the Lower Cretaceous Gambier Group. Lapilli ash tuff, minor volcanic breccia, feldspar crystal tuff, volcanic sandstone-wacke and argillite are present. Previous production by Northair Mines from 3 ore zones totalled 362 877 tonnes of 12 grams per tonne gold, 61.7 grams per tonne silver, and 0.3 per cent copper, 3.2 per cent zinc and 2.4 per cent lead.
