Geological Summary
The central and western portion of the property is underlain by a northerly striking succession of interbedded argillite, chert, calcareous sediments and tuffaceous intervals of the Pennsylvanian "Sediment-Sill" Unit. The overlying Upper Triassic Karmutsen Formation comprises mafic volcanic rocks. Both are intruded by Lower-Middle Jurassic Island intrusions. Two showings comprising copper-lead-zinc-silver and minor gold mineralization occur within the "Sediment-Sill" Unit along a common(?) structural trend.
