Geological Summary |
The claims lie along the contact of Devonian-Mississippian Eagle Bay Formation felsic to intermediate volcanics to the north, with Sicamous Formation impure carbonates to the south. A strong pyrrhotite-rich skarn about 200 metres thick extends across the property at the contact, which dips about 50 degrees north. Low grade gold intersections have been made at the structural base of the skarn section.
