Geological Summary |
The claims are underlain by metamorphic rocks of the Central Gneiss Complex of possible early Paleozoic to early Mesozoic age. Metamorphic grade is amphibolite. The property hosts the incompletely explored Scotia deposit, which presently has reserves in the order of 200,000 tonnes grading approximately 12-14 per cent zinc.
