Geological Summary
The claims are underlain by Devonian(?) felsic tuffs and mafic volcanics which comprise a volcanic belt flanked by marine clastic and cherty sediments. Felsic crystal tuffs host conformable massive polymetallic sulphides near the mafic volcanic contact. An old shaft (Anita showing) was driven on a massive pyrrhotite lens in the early 1900's. Barium enrichment and Na2O depletion characterize the alteration.
