Geological Summary
Permian-Pennsylvanian Cache Creek Group sediments and volcanics are intruded by a Cretaceous diorite pluton. The Fraser River fault system has created a northwest trending fracture system that is infilled with quartz. These quartz veins average 1.0 metres wide and carry gold values up to 34.3 grams per tonne.
