Geological Summary
Permo-carboniferous Attwood Group limestone, argillite and chert are underlain by sharpstone conglomerate and rocks of the Eholt Formation, Triassic Brooklyn Group. Mineralization occurs mainly as fissure fillings and replacement sulphide veins along northwest trending shear zones. In addition, copper occurs in skarn zones and gold-silver-copper in listwanite zones.
