The property is underlain by pre-Permian andesite flows and pyroclastics with lesser felsic pyroclastics, clastics and limestones. The chief deposits are hosted by felsic pyroclastics which have been variably pyritized and altered and host sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite and barite lenses. Lithologies and sulphide lenses have been broken up by faulting.
