Geological Summary
A fault divides Upper Triassic Karmutsen Formation volcanics from Upper Triassic Quatsino Formation limestone. Narrow quartz veins are developed in the Karmutsen Formation volcanics. The veins carry gold with pyrite, sphalerite and arsenopyrite with minor galena, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite.
