Geological Summary |
Pre-Permian Knob Hill Group of rocks is intruded by Cretaceous Greenwood granodiorite. A mineralized vein is exposed along 40 metres of strike length of 270 degrees. The mineralization consists of pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite, native silver, magnetite and possibly gold. Alteration minerals are quartz, epidote, chlorite and calcite.
