Geological Summary |
A dacitic dyke of undetermined age intrudes Quatsino limestone. Auriferous sulphide mineralization and silicification is confined to within the dyke contacts. The dyke strikes 179 degrees and dips 81 degrees west and can be seen striking under the Adam River. Values of up to 0.327 ounces per tonne gold have been obtained over widths up to 1.10 metres.
