Geological Summary |
Host rocks on the property are an intrusive melanocratic diorite, and Permian Cache Creek metasediments and volcanics. Gold assays of up to 4.5 ounces per ton are associated with pyrite in north and northwest striking shear hosted quartz veins. Structural geology is complex with several shear directions. Varying degrees of alteration are also present on the property. East-west shearing in southern portion may form part of a possible epithermal system.
