Geological Summary
Pyrite and arsenopyrite are disseminated throughout oxidized greenish tuffs of the Betty Creek Formation, Hazelton Group. Minor silver, gold, lead and zinc values are associated with the sulphides. Host rock petrography is as follows: 10 per cent plagioclase, 5 per cent chlorite, 5 per cent epidote, 5 per cent pyrite/arsenoyrite, 25 per cent altered chlorite, sericite and epidote.
