Geological Summary
A massive sulphide horizon consisting of pyrrhotite, chalco- pyrite, minor sphalerite and galena is exposed along a very steep cliff for at least 30 metres. Assay values range up to 4.46 per cent copper and 240.4 grams of silver per tonne. The host rocks are quartzite and limy siltstone of the Paleozoic Alexander Terrane. The massive sulphide horizon is tightly folded and varies in width from 0.4 metres to 1.4 metres, oriented 258/70 degrees east.
