The recent marine volcanics are defined for 3000 metres east and west and up to 500 metres north along the southern portion of the claim. The remainder of the property is Upper Triassic sediments. The gold, silver and copper mineralization is found in the phyllite sequence along shear zones associated with the volcanic-phyllite contact.
