Geological Summary
Quartz veins occur in Bowser Basin sedimentary rocks, which are intruded by porphyries. The veins contain abundant pyrite, some chalcopyrite, and up to 214 grams per tonne silver, 9.8 grams per tonne gold, and 3.4 per cent copper. The samples were taken from boulders in a creek.
