Geological Summary
This property lies within a Paleozoic heterogenous assemblage of metasedimentary rocks in the southern part of the Thor-Odin gneiss dome along the eastern margin of the Shuswap Metamorphic Complex. Tightly folded, stratiform zinc mineralization occurs in calcareous quartzites, schists and gneisses similar to the geology at Cominco's Big ledge deposit located 14 kilometres to the west.
