Geological Summary
Mesozoic meta voclanics, intruded by Tertiary granite to granodiorite composition stocks, host mineralized quartz veins and stockworks. Mineralization consists lartely of pyrite with lesser amounts of chalcopyrite, bornite and tetrahedrite. Magnetite is common along the margins of contacts. The major quartz vein is up to 4 metres wide and is exposed for 1.5 kilometres. The stockwork zone is exposed over 200 by 60 metres.
