| Geological Summary |
Grey quartzites, greywackes siltstones and argillites of the Aldridge Formation are intruded by minor gabbroic sills and dykes. Outcrops are scarce and usually exhibit a gentle (5-15 degrees) northeast dip. Metamorphism and deformation of the lithologies are minor.
