Geological Summary

Oldest rocks are Triassic and/or Jurassic andesite tuffs and andesite flows; one outcrop of felsic crystal tuff is noted. These are intruded by alkalic granitic rocks; the dominant phase exposed is a medium grained hornblende quartz porphyry. Trace amounds of chalcopyrite with pyrite and magnetite occur in this property.
