Geological Summary
Underlain by Nicola andesite and tuff; coarser varieties of andesite porphyry locally show concentrations of large magnetite crystals. The volcanics are intruded by a number of small dykes and possibly sills ranging from fine grained syenite to medium grained diorite. Pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and bornite occur in stringers and disseminations.
