A tongue of Anarchist Group (Permian) quartzites, greenstones, greywackes and limestone are flanked by Nelson intrusives on the west and Valhalla intrusives on the north. Disseminated pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galena and chalcopyrite occur in sheared quartzites and greenstones.
