Geology in the vicinity of the claim consists of buff coloured phyllite and quartz sericite schist of the Eagle Bay succession dips appear to be shallow southwest; foliations strike northeast. Minor disseminated pyrite, seldom exceeding 5 per cent is scattered throughout the Eagle Bay phyllite.
