Geological Summary
Underlain by andesitic, dacite and basaltic, pyro-clastic and minor flow rocks of the Upper Cretaceous Kingsvale Group. Minor chalcopyrite occurs in a few quartz veins along Denain Creek. Pyrite occurs in most rocks with biotite hornfels, in the fracture zone. Quartz and tourmaline occur at the Tchaikazan Fault along Denain Creek.
