Geological Summary
Hazelton green, massive volcanic conglomerates, sandstones and breccia, Bowser siltstones, greywackes, argillites, chert, conglomerate and limestone are intruded by the Texas Creek granodiorite. These rocks are cut by the Portland Canal dyke swarm. Pyrite, pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite occur in veins and as massive sulphides.
