The underlying rocks are the Takla Group (Triarssic-Jurassic) andesitic flow rocks, Ootsa Lake Group (Cretaceous-Miocene) rhyolite flow rocks and the Endako (Miocene and younger) Group of rocks. Main faulting trends northeasterly and northwesterly. Pyrite occurs within two alteration zones on the property.
