Steeply dipping schists and amphibolites (Paleozoic?) may be bounded by Upper Cretaceous quartz diorite to the east. A 1.2 metre wide band of massive pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite occur in schist trending northwesterly.
