| Geological Summary |
Pelitic schists, gneisses and amphibolites are intruded by Upper Cretaceous metadiorite, ultramafic and metaquartz diorite bodies. A pegmatite trends with schistosity and the ultramafic containing disseminated nickeliferous pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite is associated with a northerly striking shear zone.
