Overview

To submit meeting requests for the B.C. Cabinet and First Nations Leaders' Gathering, please read the following and then click the "Next" button to submit your meeting request form.

➤ You must be registered to attend one-on-one meetings.

➤ The deadline for meeting requests is end of day Monday, October 6.

➤ Given limited time available at the event and significant demand, we ask that each First Nation please identify their top three preferred meetings within the request form. We will do our best to accommodate as many meeting requests as possible.

➤ To help event staff verify that topics are assigned to the correct ministries -- and ensure that everyone can be adequately prepared for meaningful discussions -- please provide detailed meeting topics.

➤ Due to the high volume of requests, limited time at the event, and the complexity of meeting subject matter -- meetings may be assigned to Deputy Ministers, Associate Deputy Ministers and/or Assistant Deputy Ministers.

➤ Meetings will be 15 minutes long, followed by 5-minute breaks, and will be held continuously throughout most of the event.
