Section 43
of the Hazardous Waste Regulation (HWR) requires a person who produces (in a 30-day period), stores, treats, recycles, or disposes of hazardous wastes that exceed the prescribed quantities in
Schedule 6
to register with a director designated under the Environmental Management Act.
