Providing transportation services for bikers to trails located below the park land but some trail heads start within the park. Majority of the roadway is MOT but top portion of the Mamquam Rd is Park land. Would like to provide drop off's at new Meadow of the Grizzly parking lot for bikers, as well as drop off/pick up for hikers at Diamondhead lot/Red heather and elfin lakes access point. Potentially offer service in the winter to provide access for touring enthusiasts who can't access this area because of winter road conditions. Also provide drop off at Alice Lake for bikers and hikers because of the possible shut down and development of the Mashiter rd. Would aid in the amount of traffic and parking issues that Alice lake already has.
