We are applying for two different activities in Montague Harbour Marine Park First, we propose to conduct guided sea kayak day tours that occasionally stop at the beaches in Montague Harbour Marine Provincial Park for a maximum of roughly one hour, using the beaches non-exclusively as a break point to stretch, swap or adjust kayaks as necessary, and learn about intertidal ecology. Second, we seek permission, in the rare event of an equipment failure, medical condition or injury, or strong windstorm that makes paddling back to our location at Montague Harbour marina impractical, to land by kayak at the beach adjacent to the boat launch in Montague Harbour Marine Provincial Park, and pick up tour participants and kayaks by motor vehicle from the adjacent day use parking lot and transport them back to our location (1.7 km away).
