Summary of Activity: 
The installation of approximately 16 wooden poles supporting 1.3 km of distribution line and fiber optic cable is required within the protected area adjacent to the existing road. The existing road will be used for construction access, equipment transportation and ongoing access to the Ahtaapq Creek Hydropower project and to the community of Hotsprings Cove (Refuge Cove 6). A potential future water line is also envisioned which would be placed within the footprint of the distribution line and existing road.
