Kwikwasut'inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nation and the Nawalakw Healing Society (the Applicant) aims to create a cultural and language immersion space for all Kwak?’wala speaking people on the site (Hada River - Hunwadi/Ahnuhati-Bald Conservancy). Project will consist of a Dock (permitted under FLNRORD), awak’was (meeting place), Large Healing Centre two story building, Two large raised tent platforms, Workshop/Storage, Access Road, Septic Field, and an Emergency Evacuation Helicopter Pad, Well for water, and Hybrid Diesel/Solar/Battery power generation, and a BC Parks standards split rail fence around site.
