The proposed use is for a communications repeater for the RCMP, specifically to support Atlin RCMP detachment members when they are on duty in their respective patrol area. Please note the RCMP have been at the Birch MT location since 1999 and we want a continued presence. This communication repeater site has met our requirements to date.
