Summary of Activity:
Frontrunners' Beginner Trail Run Clinic will include three trail runs on three Saturdays. This clinic is designed to educate runners on how to safely and respectfully run on park trails. These runs would be on official park trails and the runs would start at 8:00 am and finish by 10:30 am and led by trained run leaders. There will be a strong educational component.
