Access to Goldstream Park to armor downslope embankment of an 80m retaining wall with culverts (in ROW) with rip rap, as well as access to the park to excavate a 0.5m bench along the embankment. MoTI will provide ongoing facility maintenance of the rip rap. Total incursion into Goldstream Provincial Park is 85 sq m.
