This research application is for the installation of 4 water flow meters at the locations identified on the attached map. The applicant has requested this permit for the purpose of research that will include surveys on hydrology, fish and fish habitat, primary and secondary productivity, wildlife and wildlife habitat, vegetation studies and authorization for access to complete archaeology studies. The information gathered will assist in determining the feasibility of the proposed hydroelectric proposal.
