This application is for use of the park for an fundraising event for the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation. We would like to use the park in front of the Pavilion on Saysutshun to hold a cocktail reception for our guests. This event will raise funds for Urgently Needed Equipment at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. We are asking for permission to hold a welcome reception on the grass in front of the Pavilion on Saysutshun. We will be serving our guests cocktails and canapes. The reception will be held from 3:45pm-6:00pm when we will move inside the Pavilion for dinner and dancing
