We are proposing to host a one-day, large-scale charity car event in early August in support of North Shore Rescue, set to locate in the Cypress Mountain Parking lot. This event will bring together members of the local car community and businesses to bring raise awareness and funds for North Shore Rescue's vital community work. Vehicles will be parked for display, with no driving or demonstrations during the event. The local police department, West Van Police Department, will also be on location to assist with safety, traffic coordination, and community relations, ensuring a secure and well-managed environment. Nova North Shore is recognized for organizing professional, safe, and community-focused automotive events, having previously collaborated with organizations such as the BC Lions, Lordco, and UBC Sports Car Club. This event will be family-friendly, fully supervised, and designed to uphold standards for safety, professionalism, and community engagement.
