The proposed activity is an enduro mountain bike race that would be held at the mountain bike trail system at Kal Park. The event is one day in duration (approximately 8:30am-2pm) with set up the day before and tear down the day of the event and/or the day after. The event would have approximately 150-170 participants and 50-60 volunteers as timers and course marshals, including a first aid team. The start and finish points for the event are outside of the Park, including parking. So to access the trails, participants would bike to the trail system. Registration fees include a donation to the local trail society.
