Geological Summary
The skin claim is believed to be underlain by a down-faulted block of biotite feldspar porphyry or its extrusive equivalents of Eocene age. To the north these rocks are capped by the Buck Creek (Oligocene) basalt. To the west the Eocene rocks are in fault contact with the Takla Group (Triassic). To the east are the Sustut Group conglomerate and the Topley Intrusions (Jurassic).
