Geological Summary
Metasedimentary rocks of the Eagle Bay Formation (Devonian-Mississippian) are intruded by granitic rocks of the Baldy Batholith (Cretaceous). Drilling indicates that the sulphide enriched zone is a 30 metre thick bed of hornfels dipping 17 to 22 degrees west.
