Geological Summary |
Nicola Group volcanic rocks are intruded by the Eagle granodiorite of the Coast Range intrusions. A swarm of porphyry dykes cut the contact zone which is altered to schists, gneisses and intense fracturing. Disseminated mineralization of copper, lead, zinc, silver and molybdenum occurs in this zone.
