Geological Summary |
The Cummins Creek tuffs, which are related to the Telkwa Formation (Lower Jurassic) are succeeded by the Bell volcaniclastics (Middle Jurassic). The green sedimentary rocks (Upper Jurassic), the Troitsa Peak intrusives and the Old Shovel volcanic rocks (Upper Cretaceous to Eocene). Precious metal values are associated with large quartz veins post-dating all rock types.
