Geological Summary |
Rhyodacitic tuffs, breccias and andesitic porphyries of the Bonanza Group dip moderately to the northwest. Volcanogenic massive sulphide-type mineralization occurs in bands associated with the more felsic volcanic rocks. The principal minerals are pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, minor galena, marcasite, pyrrhotite and magnetite.
